An update about COVID-19

With the ongoing situation around COVID-19, we wanted to share an update with you. These are uncertain times, but we are sure about one thing: putting the health and safety of our team and our customers first is key.

We are doing everything we can to ensure the continued sanitisation of all our products and facilities. Our team is committed to staying healthy, and helping our customers stay healthy, too.

In line with the most current Government recommendations our distribution centre remain open and we have taken a number of extra steps to help keep our customers and team safe. These include:

Warehouse cleaning and hygiene

We have reduced our normal opening hours by one hour to facilitate extra cleaning at the beginning of each day. We have expanded our cleaning routines across our warehouse, including increased cleaning throughout the day. Our teams have had additional training on maintaining good hygiene practices.

Team capacity management

We are limiting the number of team members allowed in each warehouse at any given time to take account of Government recommendations on social distancing. We encourage our team members to work from home if they can. We have also introduced guidelines within the distribution centre highlighting appropriate social distancing of 1.5 metres between team members.

Safe delivery practices

We have implemented new guidelines and delivery options so we can continue to safely deliver your products. These include increased hygiene standards, exercising social distancing during deliveries and no-touch delivery options.

We apologise for any delays in getting your order to you. Production or shipping may be impacted by global issues beyond our control, and cause a bit of a wait.

We hope to maintain regular order shipments as best we can, and we appreciate your patience.
